What can you as an individual practitioner, student, researcher, faculty member or Canadian do to advance funding and support for service delivery, post-secondary education and research in psychology?
- Write a letter to the candidate in your riding and ask him or her about funding for post-secondary education, research and/or health service in psychology. This can be done by writing a letter that can be copied and sent to candidates across the country using the resources on this Advocacy Online page.
- When the national news media calls for comments or questions about the election, write in and ask about post-secondary education, research and/or service delivery.
- Attend debates and ask candidates questions about psychological service, education and research.
- Become active in a campaign. Volunteer your time or make a donation.
