Part 1: Foundations of IFS Practice

October 14, 2024

Wilfrid Laurier University

This eight week (40 hour) course will introduce you to the concept of our multiple selves, or “parts”, and the way these parts tend to organize. You will learn how the IFS model explains the plurality of the mind and how to facilitate the release of these parts from their extreme roles. We’ll also explore how to access self-leadership and the work of healing parts through unburdening.

Two upcoming courses to choose from:
1) October 14 to December 8, 2024
2) March 17 to May 11, 2025

This is a blended course that will include live Zoom sessions and asynchronous online learning.

Cost — $2,495 + HST

This course is part of our new Applied Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practice certificate. See our website for complete details and schedule.
