Smith<br \/>\nDr Saeid Chavosi<br \/>\nDre M\u00e9lanie Joanisse<br \/>\nDre Claire Sira<br \/>\nDre Lisa Votta-Bleeker (ex-officio)<br \/>\nNancy Allen (ex-officio)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<h4>Mandat\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">Le Comit\u00e9 des finances, de l\u2019administration et de l\u2019audit a pour mission d\u2019examiner les questions financi\u00e8res et administratives au nom du conseil d\u2019administration et de faire rapport \u00e0 ce dernier lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<h4>Objectifs\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\">Contribuer \u00e0 la gestion financi\u00e8re et administrative stable de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<h4>Page Web\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cpa.ca\/fr\/aproposdelascp\/comites\/finance\/\">https:\/\/cpa.ca\/fr\/aproposdelascp\/comites\/finance\/<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<h4>Pour nous joindre\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\"><a href=\"mailto:governance@cpa.ca\">governance@cpa.ca<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><!-----\nThe Committee reviews financial and administrative matters on behalf of the Board of Directors and reports to the Board when appropriate.\n\n\n<h4>Goals<\/h4>\n\n\nTo assist in the stable financial and administrative management of the Association.\n\n\n<h4>Terms of Reference<\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>The Committee meets as required.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The Committee works closely with the Chief Executive\u00a0Officer and provides direction and support on Behalf of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The Committee vets financial matters such as the annual CPA Budget before these matters are brought forward to the Board for consideration so as to improve the efficiency of Board deliberations.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The Committee acts in a consultation role with the Chief Executive\u00a0Officer as needed and as determined by the President.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n--------><\/p>\n<h4>Accountability<\/h4>\n<p>The Committee reports to the Board of Directors through the President.<\/p>\n<h4>Membership<\/h4>\n<p>The Committee is composed of the President, the President-elect and the Past President of the Association and is chaired by the President.<\/p>\n<h4>Responsibilities of Committee Members<\/h4>\n<p>The Committee members are responsible for pursuing the vision and terms of reference of the Committee.\u00a0To this effect, members participate in all relevant discussions as issues arise. Matters will be referred to the Board for consideration when deemed appropriate by the Committee. The Committee will take decisions on behalf of the Board when appropriate.<\/p>\n<h4>Membership Term<\/h4>\n<p>Committee members serve only as long as they hold the offices of President, Past President and President-elect.<\/p>\n<h4>Meetings and Reporting<\/h4>\n<p>Throughout the year communication will take place primarily through e-mail.
