The submissions need not be papers submitted for presentation at a CPA convention but may be graduate-level thesis work, journal articles, or research presented at other conferences.<\/p>\n<p>Graduate students enrolled at a Canadian university (or recent graduates applying within one year of graduating) are eligible for the award. A 1000-word extended abstract for Committee Review. This abstract must contain the name(s) and institution(s) of the author(s).
