Participants will learn to identify different types of emotional processes and understand their role in psychological distress, and use evidence-based, marker-guided interventions to facilitate meaningful and lasting change.<\/p>\n<p>EFT is a well-established, evidence-based approach that views emotional change as the key to lasting therapeutic change.
