Mission:
Quantitative methods play a major role in almost all fields of Psychology. Recent developments in quantitative methods have significantly improved and expanded the manner in which research questions in psychology are addressed. The ‘Quantitative Methods’ section helps bring together those interested in studying statistical methods for analyzing data in psychology, including providing opportunities for research and teaching partnerships, providing a method for unifying and organizing quantitative methods talks at the CPA convention, and furthering the development of novel approaches for analyzing psychological data.
