Bio:
Janet Mantler is an Associate Professor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is Director for the Centre for Initiatives in Education at Carleton University. The key focus of her research is on work, stress, and mental health with an overall concern of how to improve workplaces to have a positive impact on employee well-being.
