Title: Well-being and Vicarious Resilience in Healthcare Professionals: Cultural Considerations

Description: This research study will study factors associated with feelings of well-being in healthcare professionals who provide care for individuals with eating disorders, as well as how these professionals consider culture in their work. We expect that it will take participants approximately 60-75 minutes to complete the study (45-60 minutes for an online interview and 15 minutes for an online questionnaires). Individuals who take part in the study will have the option of receiving gift cards of up to $40 in value as a token of appreciation for their participation ($30 for the interview and $10 for the questionnaires). Information that contains identifying information (ex. your email address) is stored in a separate database from interview and questionnaire responses, and cannot be linked back to your responses. Specifics:
Study Population:
Health professionals of any discipline who are involved with clinical care for eating disorders are invited to take part.

Participant Obligation:
A brief online questionnaire, and an individual interview (online) in which you will be asked to share your experiences working in the field of eating disorders. Participants must have proficiency in English to participate.
