In order to receive CPA approval as a provider or sponsor of continuing education activities, please follow the standards and criteria outlined in this document when making your application to CPA.

Please note that there are 2 different categories of applications:

1. Provider – individuals/organizations who plan to hold only one or at most two CE events in a given year
2. Sponsor – individuals/(or more commonly) organizations who plan to hold multiple CE events in a given year
